剣と魔法が一般的なこの世界には、地上に住む「光の一族」、地下に住む「影の一族」という2つの部族があった。互いを不可侵として平和な日々を送っていた彼らは、間に置かれている「ワーズ・ワースの石板」と呼ばれるものを自分たちの守護神と定め、信奉していた。その石板には不思議な記号が記されているが、どちらの部族にもそれを読める者は存在しない。そんなある日、何者かがワーズ・ワースの石板を砕き、その破片を影の一族の住まう地下城の各所へばらまいてしまった。

どちらも自分たちの仕業ではないと主張する光の一族と影の一族は、ついには互いを犯人と決め付け、長きに渡る熾烈な戦いに身を投じた。

それから100年以上後、影の一族の王・ウォトシーカの息子である主人公・アストラルには、友人たちと共に戦うことも許されず、いつも地下城の中心部で比較的非力なモグラやクモを相手にする、退屈な日々を送り、婚約者である美女・シャロンにも、歯痒さを通り越して見放されつつあった。

強くなってシャロンに認められたいと思ったアストラルはついに行動に出る。

やがて、双方の部族の側近であるメンザとテッシオが闇の使者という一つの存在であり、ワーズ・ワースの石板を砕いた真犯人であることが判明する。 だが、ウォトシーカがアストラルとシャロンを結ばせて両族の血を引く子を成させようと考えたうえ、彼の思惑とは関係なくアストラルとニーナの間にアリアドネが生まれていたことで、闇の使者の目論見は崩れることとなる。

メンザとテッシオは融合して真の姿を現すとウォトシーカを殺害し、両族の殲滅を目論む。

The legend has survived for generations. The Words Worth tablet, which will unlock the secrets of the Universe for the one who can decipher it, has been shattered. The warring tribes of Light and Shadow blame each other, and their accusations lead to all out war!

Astral, the undisciplined heir to the throne of the Shadow Forces, lusts for his bride-to-be, Sharon. But Sharon, an accomplished warrior herself, feels her body drawn toward Caesar, the Shadow Tribe's bravest swordsman.

Sharon battles alongside Caesar during an assault by the Light Forces, and her ferocious beauty captivates Sir Fabris, the leader of the Tribe of Light. Fabris' army loses the battle, but he vows that he will one day get Sharon into his bed... the hard way, if necessary.

Meanwhile, Astral takes his sexual frustrations out on Maria, a Light Tribe sorceress who has been taken captive. As Astral penetrates Maria, Sir Fabris prepares to launch a penetration of his own: a full-scale attack on the Tribe of Shadow!
